Tell us something that has happened that made you proud of your team.
I am proud and very happy to work with a team of people who are constantly proving their capacity to surpass our guests' expectations and giving them nice surprises, like when wishing them a happy birthday or making recommendations... The quality of the service means the guests are satisfied, and that is why they come back again and again.
